Please verify that your order is correct prior to submitting your order with us. We are not able to add or remove items from your order once it is sent to our packaging floor.

**If you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours from the date your order was received via email for a request ticket. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.**

Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges


We have a 14 day return policy. If you no longer want your unused products, contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we will give you the option to return the product for store credit. We will only accept unopened products as a return. We do not accept returns on international orders.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Many of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of the products; all sales are final and are not subject to return.

The following items are exempt from our the return policy:

  • Digital educational resources and consultations services
  • Hydratherma Naturals products
  • Kaike products
  • Curl Mix
  • Hair (human and synthetic)
How do I get store credit for my return?

If you would like us to send you a prepaid shipping label we will issue you a store credit. You will be notified of your store credit via email.

Store credit returns in which a return label is issued are limited to one return per 14-day policy. We are unable to issue refunds on orders placed with store credit.

Can I Exchange A Product?

Sorry, we do not offer exchanges.


We cannot recall packages after they have been shipped and we must treat all shipped orders as returns. Please note that once your order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.


Bold Kulture Beauty strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, and will be provided to the shipping carrier within 3 – 4 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guaranteed or promised.

Orders are shipped daily excluding Sundays and federal and national holidays. Orders received after 11am on the ship days will ship out on the next shipping day.

Our primary carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS ground.

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package including the box and padding it arrived in, and email beauty@boldkulture.com within 24 -48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the problem for you.

Your package must be returned to us or post marked within 5 business days after receiving the product. At that time, we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier.

We will happily replace items that were damaged during shipping. No cash refunds will be offered for damaged items.

Lost or Stolen Items

Once items are shipped from our location and a tracking number is provided, Bold Kulture Beauty is no longer responsible for your order. Items in your order will not be refunded or replaced if shipment does not end up in buyer’s possession.

Incorrect unverifiable addresses

Should we be unable to verify your address, we will notify you requesting clarification. Please respond with your complete address including all necessary components for shipping (apartment number, full street name, etc.). Should we not hear from you by the date requested, your order will be refunded.

If your order is returned due to insufficient address, we will contact you to try and resend your package as soon as possible. If you would like to receive your order an additional shipping fee of $8.75 will be assessed as a new label will have to be ordered. Please respond with your complete address including all necessary components for shipping (apartment number, full street name, etc.). Should we not hear from you by the date requested, you order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
