Please verify that your order is correct before submitting your order with us. Unfortunately, we cannot add or remove items from your order once your order has been placed and paid for.

Refunds, returns, & exchanges (US orders only)

NO CASH REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy. If you no longer want your unused/unopened products, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving them, and we will give you the option to return the product for store credit. We will only accept unused/unopened products as a return. We do not accept returns on international orders.

Products exempt from the return policy:

Due to the nature of some of the products provided at Bold Kulture Beauty, returns are not possible. In these cases, all sales are final and are not subject to return or exchange.

The following items are exempt from our return policy:

  • Digital educational resources and consultations services
  • Hydratherma Naturals products
  • Kaike products
  • Curl Mix products
  • Hair (human and synthetic)
  • Shipping and handling charges 
Receiving Store Credit for Your Return

The store credit option applies to unused/ unopened items only.

Online orders:  Eligible items will receive a return label via email. Items for return must be postmarked within five days of receiving the return label. Our returns department will subtract the cost of your prepaid shipping label and process your store credit upon receipt. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email notification of your store credit (minus the shipping cost).

Store credit in which a return label is issued is limited to one return per 30-day period. Additionally, we cannot give store credit on orders placed with store credit.

In-person orders:  Eligible items must be returned unused and unopened within 14 days of your original purchase. A sales associate will process your store credit upon receipt. Once processing is complete, you will receive a voucher for store credit.

Please note that an account is required to receive store credit. If you have not created a FREE customer account with Bold Kulture Beauty, you must do so before your credit is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Miss-filled Items

**If you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us at [email protected] within 24 hours from the date your order was received via email for a request ticket. **

Eligible items will receive a return label via email. Items for return must be postmarked within five days of receiving the return label.

Please Note: Your corrected order will not ship until we have been notified that the package in question has been shipped or your item in question has been returned (whichever happens first)

For notification purposes, the tracking status must state that the package is in the courier’s possession.

Cancellations (online orders)

We cannot recall packages after they have shipped, and we must treat all shipped orders as returns. Please note that once your order has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

Free shipping applies ONLY to orders placed in the US

Bold Kulture Beauty strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and dispatched to the shipping carrier within 1 – 3 working days. Standard shipping times are not guaranteed or promised.

Orders are shipped daily, excluding Sundays, US federal and national holidays, and in the event of inclement weather.

Our primary carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the US, its territories, and Canada.   

Bold Kulture Beauty is not responsible for any duties, brokerage fees, or customs charges you may incur.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Bold Kulture Beauty or other parties as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping delays or product availability. 

Invalid address or undeliverable packages

Invalid address: The customer is responsible for supplying Bold Kulture Beauty L.L.C. with a valid shipping address. We will notify you requesting clarification if we cannot verify your address during processing. Please respond with your complete address, including all necessary components for shipping (apartment number, full street name, etc.). If we do not hear from you by the requested date, our orders department will cancel your order.

Old/ incorrect address: Bold Kulture Beauty L.L.C is not responsible for or obligated to reship items delivered to your “old/incorrect address.”  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address information is correct before submitting the order.

Undeliverable packages: upon receipt of returned packages labeled “undeliverable,” we will notify you requesting clarification. Please respond with your complete address, including all necessary components for shipping (apartment number, full street name, etc.). Should we not hear from you by the date requested, our orders department will credit your order minus shipping costs.

Should the customer decide to correct the address and collect the order, additional shipping charges will be billed and required before your order can ship. We will not reship packages marked as undeliverable until the correct address is confirmed and any additional shipping payment is received from the customer.

Should the customer decide not to proceed with the purchase, they will receive store credit for the purchase minus shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package, including the box and padding. Email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery concerning the condition of your parcel, and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you. Bold Kulture Beauty does not offer cash refunds for damaged items.

Credits and replacement orders are subject to the discretion of the orders department and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Orders eligible for replacement will receive further instructions, including a return label for the damaged order. Parcels eligible for return must be postmarked within five business days of receipt of the return label. Following receipt, a replacement order will ship to you.

Lost or stolen items

Once items ship from our location and a tracking number is provided, Bold Kulture Beauty is no longer responsible for your order. Items in your order will not be refunded or replaced if the shipment does not end up in the buyer’s possession. Additionally, items with a shipment status of delivered cannot be replaced or refunded.

Services, Courses, & Digital Products

Your appointments are very important to us at Bold Kulture Beauty. Each appointment is individualized and designed especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. Failure to notify us promptly will result in the loss of your deposit.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking any service. Cancellations or rescheduling appointments will not be able to be made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you have booked months in advance; therefore, our appointments are confirmed at the time of booking and 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations are not allowed.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service deposit amount.
